went there with my partner for a while and we were treat like children. no help, very rude and demanding and no accepting of our mental conditions. we are not your children, we are adults who need help. both got jobs now, no thank to this place. you're better off without them.

Stopped my payments whilst it was processing, backed me up on all my bills and food, going 3 weeks with any money with a pregnant girlfriend. Only told me to go to food banks.

Took a sick form in to be faxed off so i could get my money quicker and they did not even bother to fax it over the same day even though I took it in at 1 pm. Had to go in the next day to get them to sort it.

Unhelpful. I needed to know a) how to get past an occupational health check and b) how not to get bullied at work. The staff refused to tell me the answers to those questions and yet still expected me to be able to secure employment. A Jobcentre employee told me that my ideal job would be working as a care assistant, when I did not get past the occupational health check required to commence nurse training. However, I did not get past the occupational health check when I was the successful candidate at interview for a job as a care assistant. The lady from the Work Choice programme refused to help me to find work and told me to claim ESA instead, informing me that she did not know how to help me to get past the barriers that I face to obtaining employment. I had a Master's degree from a Russell Group university, yet they still threw me on the scrapheap.
